Monarch ~ 3rd "Pullman" bed suitable for adult?

we're hoping for some info form the experts out there.

 

Does anyone know if the 3rd pullman bed in an inside cabin is suitable for an

adult? Where is it usually located? Does one have to climb up a ladder to get to it? (sorry, I saw some pics, of a bunk bed looking thing, and got worried)

I would not put three adults in a room on the Monarch. The rooms are some of the smallest I have ever been on. Just got off the Monarch in March and the room size is about 112 sq feet.
