Mexican Riviera Shore Excursions for a 7 year old

Hey everyone!

 

We are taking a cruise aboard Carnival's Pride to the Mexican Riviera in November. I have been looking at the shore excursions for Cabo, PV and Mazatlan but am unsure which ones are worth going on. Especially, since we are taking our seven year old with us. Neither of us have cruised before and so we want to make the most out of our trip. Does anyone have any ideas? :confused:
