Fly High Adventure Ziplining and beach resort

We cruise in less than 3 weeks and my daughter really wants to do the Carnival

Fly High Adventures Zip Line and Beach Resort excursion in Cozumel. It's the Fly High Adventure zip lining and after that you go to the El Cid hotel where you can use the beach, pools etc.

 

I am afraid to go ziplining but really want to, if that makes any sense. I've read that there are 2 lines for safety, so that makes me feel better, but I also read in a thread from 2009 that they flip you upside down on the last zip.

 

Has anyone done this excursion? and what did you think?
