Over-the-counter pharmacy drugs in South America

Does anyone have any experience buying Panadol Osteo in South America?

Will we be able to buy Panadol Osteo without prescription in drug stores/pharmacies in Buenos Aires and/or Valparaiso?

Panadol Osteo is a slow release drug containing 685mg Paracetamol in each caplet.

Looking a bit on the web, I found nothing about the Osteo Pandol in Argentina. Nor on any medication with high doses of Paracetamol. For osteoarthritis tratment is used Paracetamol 500 mg, which is available without a prescription.

Here in Argentina you can get Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, diclofenac, without a prescription, even in the kiosks.

Hope this helps.
