airline gurus - Any chance Spanair will come back or be bought out?

Since I don't know much out airlines, I am confused as to whether or not I should go head and book a new flight from Barcelona to Copenhagen or wait a while to see if Spanair is bought out or starts up again. If I buy a new set of tickets for our family and Spanair comes back or steps up and puts us on another airline, then I cannot get reimbursement from my credit card. I know this is a hard call but does anyone have an insight?

They already were bought out - for one Euro. That's the deal that collapsed and Qatar Airlines decided not to follow through on a possible investment, so I think they're tango uniform.

I'd put in the claim to the credit card and make other arrangements.
