Gym on Pride

We are sailing Sunday, Feb. 5 on the Pride. I was wondering if they offer any free classes. (We went to many free stretching and ab classes on our last Princess cruise) Any information on the gym would be appreciated.

It looks like they offer some classes for free through the day (abs, sunrise stretch, circuit training, etc) while some of the other classes advertised (yoga, pilates, etc) appear to have extra fees involved.
