Windsurf/Flavors of Caribbean ?'s

We are one the 3/10 sailing of Windsurf and am interested in a few questions. We have sailed with WindStar several times, but it has been a while. We depart St Maarten at 7 p.m. (They have added the on deck restaurants since we have last sailed)

What time is muster?

Should we try to make reservations at one of the outside venues for dinner to be on deck for sailaway? Can we even do that?

Compass Rose will have some snacks set up if we board early or do we need to eat lunch before boarding?

Do they do the beach barbeque on Pigeon Island/St Lucia? If not, where, if they do it at all?

Recommendations for Martinique...we have never been to this port although we can see it from St Lucia when we stay there....how far is the port from Forte De France? (I think port is Le Marin)

Same...recommendation for Dominica? Never been here either...we have been to the other islands.

How many/which islands do they tender in?

Thanks for filling in the blanks...
