Cooking classes in caribbean?

First time to the Caribbean with HAL. Anyone know of any cooking classes in any of the ports? Not interested in ship classes.

I should have specified the ports. Our cruise is in the Southern Caribbean: Lots of Saints: Croix, Kitts, Lucia, Vincent,St. Maarten and Barbados.

I am also looking for cooking classes in Barbados, Antigua, or St. Lucia- hubs is a chef! (We will be on our cruise to the Carib in early March) If you hear of anything, please let me know!
