Logging in to carnival website

I'm trying to do my pre-cruise registration stuff, but I keep getting the following message when I try to login. I've tried on 2 different computers, 2 version of IE and 1 firefox. Has anyone else had problems lately? Is the 1-800 number at the top of the page the one I should call for this?

No issue with my account, try changing the character encoding in the web browser and see if that solve it

Thanks! That was a good idea. I just tried a bunch of options in the "western" category. Alas. Nothing seemed to help. And I guess since it works for at least one other person, I'll say its me and call them up. *sigh*
