dwdwnurse Posted February 5, 2012 #5 Share Posted February 5, 2012 I packed a handheld steamer on our last Freedom of the Seas cruise and my DH had to go to the "naughty room" because they said they found an "iron" in my luggage. They asked my husband if we had an iron and he said no, so they ran it through the scanner again and gave it to him (he didn't have to open it). Is there a policy about hand held steamers? They sure make a difference! My flat iron gets hotter than my little steamer. There would be mutiny if women weren't allowed to bring these ;)
joand452 Posted February 5, 2012 #6 Share Posted February 5, 2012 Does the My Little Steamer need salt in order to make steam when using plain tap water? I have a very old steamer (which does resemble an iron), for which I need salt. This looks like a great idea...and the price is right!
