I have sent three emails in the last week to the Australian office and have had no reply to a cruise booking question.

You can try ringing them up, but I was on hold for twenty-six minutes today before I eventually got them to answer my question!

What was the number you telephoned them on.

I can't find an 1800 or a 1300 number.

Yes, they tend to be slow/busy whether on e-mail or telephone.

Yes, that was the number I rang. If you go to the home page then scroll to the bottom and click on contact details, you get to a page which lists different phone numbers according to the type of question.

PS. Although looking at it a bit more closely, most of them seem to be the same number!
