rolladice Posted February 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2012 Have never sailed Celebrity before but other cruises I have been on they have offered free stretching classes in the morning. Does the Solstice offer any free fitness classes?
trabeler Posted February 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 6, 2012 Morning stretch every day is free. There are a few other classes such as weight training or abs that are free. Cycling, yoga, and pilates cost extra.
miched Posted February 6, 2012 #3 Share Posted February 6, 2012 . They also have so called seminars that are nothing more than a infomerical to pay for a body analysis for the the privledge of another sales pitch to buy a algea snake oil progam to cleanse and detox your body to free up the fat cells by eliminating the water shield so your body can now break down and eliminate fat. Every cruise line has been promoting the same crap using various disquises as being some form of a fitness seminar. Worse than those art auction where you at least got free sparkling wine. . trabeler Posted February 7, 2012 #7 Share Posted February 7, 2012 Do you recall what time they start? Start time will vary by itinerary and port times, but normally the morning stretch will start at either 7 or 7:30 am, followed by a conditioning or abs class. subtchr Posted February 7, 2012 #9 Share Posted February 7, 2012 I have the Celebrity Todays from our December Solstice cruise linked in my signature, if you would like to peruse them to see the classes offered. On our cruise, morning stretch was at 7:00 every day, followed most days by another free class (abs, etc.) at 7:30.
