I am sailing on the Celebrity summit on 2/18. the ship sails at 8:30 pm. what time should I book dinner reservations? I have the flex plan.

Only you can decide when you want to eat. Everyone is different with different needs and wants. You can dine anytime from 6 to 9:30.

personally I would ask for dinner seating at like 8 by a window and enjoy sailaway as I had dinner!
