like2cruise Posted April 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 17, 2005 Hi! I am considering this tour, but I have read just a couple of things that might prevent me :o Is there no protection from the sun onboard. I am very fair complected and sensitive to the sun. I love the sun, but only indirectly :D I also read that someone said they cram people on the boat. I read on their website less than 25 people are onboard. How many were onboard with you? Thanks!!!! stebul Posted April 17, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 17, 2005 There were about 16 with us in December, 2004. There was plenty of space under the canopy. The boat is large, and even with 25 people I would not think it would be overcrowded. However, only about 10-15 people can sit under the canopy. Hope this helps. It is one of our favorite shore excursions.
janep Posted April 18, 2005 #3 Share Posted April 18, 2005 Hi, I just got back from doing Eli's tour. As I said in my review of the Serenade it was the highlight of our trip!!! DO IT!! You will love it. There were only 17 people on board and 4 crew members. There is plenty of shade for you to be in the shade all day long. It was fantastic!! If you have any questions let me know. Truly, it was a great time.:D
anytimeuwnt Posted April 19, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 19, 2005 It truly is an awesome time on Eli's tour. I have pictures of the boat and the canopy at my link below. Just hit the E. Carribean folder and the boat should be on the last page. You will find plenty of shade under there.
