Jax Park and Cruise Options

Last Sept we sailed on the Fascination and used park and cruise facility off Berlin Rd. near the port. I now see that they are called VIP for $8 a day located on Airport rd. They won't carry you to the port until 11:30. I usually like to get there around 11, since I am now VIP cruise status. Are there any other options for parking. I got an email from another park and cruise on Heinseiker(?) Dr. with the same price. What is my best option for our cruise in April. Thanks for any suggestions.
