Windspirit Cabin Selection/room near stairs

The only real noise issue is from the engines. When they are running it is background noise. When they start them up in the middle of the night it can wake you up. But 219 is about as good as you can get. The people on our last cruise had the owners suite on the first deck and couldn't sleep because the engine noise was so loud.

I don't expect you will hear anything from the hallway or the stairs. The cabins are pretty isolated soundwise from the halls and we have always found the guests to be very respectful on the sleeping decks. It helps that there are no kids running up and down the halls or drunks stumbling home at the wee hours like you find on the big ships.
