Baby Beach return taxi?

If you take a taxi to Baby Beach, is it difficult to get one to pick you up again? Our ship is in port from 8am to 8pm, so we have PLENTY of time, but are still trying to decide if it's worth the hassle of renting a car. I understand that it's about $40 each way in a taxi.

 

Other places in the caribbean, I've always had luck with asking a taxi driver to pick me back up at a designated time (and not paying him until he did so)... is that typical here too?

Sorry - taxis don't go to Baby Beach. Rent a car right at the dock. It was $40-$50 for the entire day. Follow the ocean, always on your right. It will lead you to Baby Beach. Very easy driving in Aruba.

Also consider taking the bus to Arashi beach - at the end of the high rise hotel bus route.
