Antigua Beachfront Lunch

We're going to be in Antigua for the day on Jewel of the Seas. I'd like to spend a relaxing late morning and early afternoon snorkeling, swimming and having a grilled spiny lobster and a couple cold ones for lunch. Did this a couple of years ago at Mr. Busby's on Dawn Beach on St. Martin, and I'd like to do something like that again, maybe with better snorkeling. Anyone know a good spot?
