ATV Riding / Zip Lining in Mexico

Going on 9 day Cruise on Spirit, March 30 to Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Ensenada and Manzanillo. Would like to go zip lining and riding ATV's. My kids are 13 and 15, so for the Carnival excursions, they do not meet the age requirements.

 

Can anyone recommend a good location to do both?
