Yes they are situated in the Ladies and Gents changing rooms on Aqua Deck.

 

These are the ones that are FOC.

 

Just walk past the Salon Reception and they are on your left hand side down the corridor. Look on Page 233 of the P&O brochure and you will see where they are situated.
