...Windjammers/Angermeyer's Mandalay?

Windjammers' S/V Mandalay is not longer on the Angermeyer Cruise website. I had heard Angermeyer had decided not to keep her as of mid to late-last year (2011), but that there was a cruise line looking at buying her. Haven't heard anything else since, and can't find anything by web searching...and she's no longer found on the Angermeyer site. Any current info?

Found the answer to my question by going where I should have gone in the first place, the jammerbabe.com website for all things Windjammer and tall sailing cruise ships.

for info about her and on pages 2 and 3, with photos of her in wet dock in Guayaquil, dated 12.22.11, in all her newly refurbed glory! She is absolutely gorgeous! She was supposed to be getting ready for sailing off the west coast of Panama BUT, one of the more recent posts there says Fiddi Angermeyer has her for sale for some $8mil.

 

Still, it is so wonderful to see her in this condition (after seeing what happened to Legacy) and high hopes she WILL be sailing again soon, somehow, somewhere.....
