When should I book?

Last year I booked an Alaskan cruise less than 60 days before sailing, and saved about $900 from when I was looking a few months prior. The prices deceased pretty dramatically.

I've got my eye on (and heart set on) a Med. cruise in July. Right now the price is just seems insane though @ $2600 pp.

Do you think there's a good chance this cruise will go down? Or is Europe really popular and this price will stay put or even increase?

Thank you.

i assume that is for a balcony stateroom. It sounds about right. The problem with a Med cruise is the air fare. Check out what it will cost you to book air fare today to your port citiy.

I did a Med cruise in Sept. A friend of mine booked this same cruise in July after final payment and got a great price on a suite. But her arifare and the route she had to take was unbelievable. Three flights to get to Rome and back to the midwest USA.
