Haha...so true!!! Our first time in Cozumel I was asked to buy a ring for a co-worker to replace one she'd lost. She gave me $100US to spend. When I finally found one she'd like, they weighed it and said $400. I told them I was buying it for someone else, who only gave me so much $. After 10 minutes of haggling and attempting to leave the store a few times I paid $50...still likely WAY more than it was worth.
