shoesonfire Posted February 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2012 We just booked our 3rd cruise with Azamara, so obviously we are very well aware and appreciative of the wonderful service the entire staff of both the Quest and Journey has given to us on our cruises. We never have had to contact the Customer Service Dept until recently when we felt we needed to raise a question about our booking. We would like to thank and extend praise to Jessica and the Azamara Club Customer Service people who responded quickly, professionally, and most importantly graciously to our questions and requests. Too often we are quick to criticize, it's wonderful to be able to give praise especially when it's so well deserved. Thank you Azamara Club Customer Service!! In our corporate culture we very much enjoy sharing success stories with each other. I'm going to share your comments with Jessica and her supervisor.
