POA Embarkation Lunch Options

Recommended Posts

I wish I could be positive, but I do not think the MDR was open for lunch when we boarded. The buffet and the 50s style diner were open. Everything else opened by dinner time.

We boarded the ship between noon and 1pm, then dropped off our carry on bags, got our claim tickets and then proceeded to the buffet. After eating our room was ready and we picked up our carry on's and headed up. Then it was time for the sail away.

Go and enjoy

There usually is one MDR open on NCL ships on embarkation day. They don't really advertise this but if you ask a staff or crew member, they'll tell you which one and where to go. The hours can be limited so if you get there late, it may already be closed. It's worth checking when you board, though!
