Profile and Onboard Credit?

Can you find out how much onboard credit you have in your profile on the Carnival web site? I sent in my Carnival Future Cruise Line certificate last week so I am wondering if it shows up on my profile once its submitted. Also, I had purchased my cruise through an agency. Will Carnival notify the agency about the $100 credit or do I have to let the agency know myself?

Go in under "manage my cruise" and look at "documents". That's where it will show up.

2nd page of your documents will be at the bottom and has a section that says " On Board Credit"
