Father's Day in Vancouver

Does anyone have any suggestions for what my DS & I could treat my DH to for Father's Day? We will be disembarking the ship that day, & are staying at the Fairmont Waterfront. TIA :)

I was thinking something special for just him, or the 2 guys during the day. For dinner, it would be all 3 of us. So, I guess I'm looking for a special activity & a nice meal. FYI, we already have a reservation at The Observatory & Lumiere, so both of those are out. Maybe, even a fun, unique meal. :D Thanks for your help. :)
