Cigar Smoking on Triumph

We've booked a last minute trip on Triumph for 2/27. Having never been on this ship, can someone please tell me where my DW will be able to smoke her cigars while I do my needlepoint? ;-/

When we were on her The Oxford bar deck 4 aft was the cigar bar. Across from the dinning room and near the internet cafe. One night their was a privite party and we could not go in. My BIL was ticked when they told him to smoke up on deck. With the new smoking rules who knows if its still a cigar bar.

The current deckplans on Carnival's website show the Oxford Bar as the cigar bar still.

Argh. I haven't had a cigar in nearly a year and a half and I was so anticipating a couple on my upcoming trip. I have no interest in doing it outside though.
