I had to check to see what stops you have:

from Southampton, England; Bruges,(Zeebrugge),Belgium; Berlin (Warnemunde), Germany; Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; St. Petersburg, Russia; Tallinn, Estonia; Copenhagen, Denmark

I can't give specific answers, but will say that Warnemunde should not have a shuttle - it is less than 10 minute walk to town [but 3hr bus to Berlin]. Tallinn should offer shuttles [?maybe 6 Euro?], but it is an easy mile walk to the center of town. Anywhere in downtown Helsinki is within a mile - they offered a bus tour to 5 highlights - we walked and did it faster than the bus tour since we weren't spending all the time waiting for others to get off and on the buses. Stockholm depends on where you dock, some are much closer than others. I'm sure others have more specific info but hope this helps.
