Murano or Tuscan Grille???

In December (2011) we had dinner in each of Solstice's three optional restaurants.

I liked Tuscan the best for reasons every one has stated. I thought Murano

was 'snobby' and the servers were more interested in the larger the parties with

high end wine prices and the ultra expensive options. The food was good but I

had trouble getting servers' attention. Had to ask for stuff like, pouring our wine (ending up doing it ourself) and a fork when I dropped mine.

The Tuscan servers were more pleasant and helpful and the food was excellent. I also enjoyed the view out the back as they leave the outer lights on and you can see the wake. Room felt larger and better lit.

I agree...we MUCH preferred Tuscan to Murano's. We tried Murano's on two different ships and just came away with a less than stellar feeling about the place....Tuscan doesn't take itself too seriously and serves great food with great service....which is all I need to have a good time....
