Does Celebrity ever offer completely smoke-free cruises?

No, but they have the most restrictive smoking rules of all the mass market lines.

We just returned from 12 nights on Silhouette and smokers were definitely in the minority, and we experienced very few areas where smoking was allowed.

For anyone sensitive to smoke, it was the closest thing to a totally non-smoking environment as we have experienced on a mass market line. :)

No completely non-smoking, but it wasn't bad on the Eclipse. They had only 4 places the smokers were allowed to light up. The crew do look out for smokers and if they light up in the wrong place, they order them out immediately. The biggest issue I had was remember to walk on the correct side when moving around the ship to avoid the smokers.

Just off the Equinox, and there are no smoking areas inside the ship. All smoking areas are outside on a few decks. The Sky lounge previously had smoking on one side, but that is eliminated.
