Adrian is great! We were on the Epic in November and I know he left for vacation in Janauary. We were hoping he was coming to the Jewel (our next cruise) but he is going back to the Epic. In November his sister, Christina, was the casino host and also did a great job.

 

If you haven't been on the Epic, their Concierge service is different (and I think better) than all the other ships because there is an actual concierge desk in the Haven area. The concierge can't always be there, but there is always someone there to help!

Thanks for the update on Adrian. Sounds like we will be well taken care of - at least from the concierge perspective. We just sailed on the Pearl where Anoop was the concierge. He is excellent as well. I was amazed at how keenly he anticipated our needs and followed up with us about our dinner reservations and other needs. Anxious to sail on the Epic once again - this time out of Barcelona.
