Does anyone know who will be the captain of Jewel of the Seas (sailing March 22)?

You'll have Capt Stig Nilsen. Unless he is sick or has something come up at home that he has to attend to...or RCI decides to move him mid-contract...

 

What I'm getting at is that it's not written in stone who the master will be on any given sailing date!

Just got off the Jewel Thursday, it was Capt. Stig's first cruise back after break, so he should still be there:)
