I am flying in 3 days before my cruise did air with ff miles, my question is will my princess insurance cover me for the time I am in Spain before the cruise and the one extra day after the cruise in Venice? Or does it only cover the12 days of the cruise? Do I need more insurance for those days?

Coverages such as medical, emergency evacuation, etc begin at 12:01am on the day your "Sea/Land Arrangements" begin, and end when your "Sea/Land Arrangements" are completed.

Checking the plan's definition of "Sea/Land Arrangements" means only those arrangements made by Princess Cruises. So, in your case the coverages would begin at 12:01am on the scheduled sail date and end when the cruise is finished.

Here's the plan wording:

Check page 4 of the document under "Term of Protection" and the same page for the definition of "Sea/Land Arrangements"
