Cozumel or Progresso for Hair Braiding?

I will be traveling with my 3 young daughters this fall and think I will let them get their hair braided. Not sure that any will choose the full hair braids and the youngest will probably not have more than one or two, but am wondering which is better for braiding-Cozumel or Progresso? Any personal experiences in either port and the cost/location, etc?
