I attempted to complete my purchase, gave the credit card and finished everything on line only to find out that it never went through. When I called Royal Caribbean a person on the phone told me not to worry about it. That didn't sound right, so I called back later and spoke to another person who informed me that they had no record of my transaction. So I did the purchase again but over the phone with a customer service representative. This time I received a proper receipt detailing the items purchased. My advise is to call in your purchase.
