Stateroom door decorations

Does Epic allow you to decorate the outside stateroom doors? We are traveling with a large group for a wedding. I wanted to decorate with magnetic decorations and want to make sure it is allowed and the magnets will stick.

The standard policy is no you are not to decorate the outside of your door. The reason stated is for safety reasons.

 

Some have and had no issue and some have and they've been removed.

 

Maybe if they are flat and don't stick out they will leave them up.

 

I've never been on the Epic so I'm not sure what the doors look like. Whether they are flat or not. You could probably google either a youtube video or epic cabins and see the doors.

I'm fresh off the Spirit, and had no problem decorating my door - magnets and tape, flat paper items. I also saw a Birthday banner on another door (though that might have been through the ship).

If you have a large group, you might consider contacting customer service and seeing if they offer a 'wedding' themed Bon Voyage package....
