Shmoo here Posted February 29, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 29, 2012 Do any of the Disney ships offer character breakfasts? If yes, is there a cost for it? What about character dinners? DCL offers character breakfasts on cruises of 7 nights or longer. You are assigned to a specific breakfast based on your dining rotation. The breakfast menu is pretty basic, but it's fun seeing the characters. For the breakfasts we've been to, the characters are Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip & Dale. No charge. No character dinners. Some of the MDRs have special theme shows on occasion (We had some dancers and Belle and the Beast waltz through Lumiere's on a couple of our cruises). :)
hexdragon Posted February 29, 2012 #3 Share Posted February 29, 2012 On our Alaska trip, we were in Animator's Pallet on the "Golden Mickey's" night. Micky made an appearance, but he didn't stop for photos... There are more than enough "characters meets" during the week that they don't need to do a character dinner...
