kcdancerkc Posted March 1, 2012 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2012 right now Daylight savings time will change soon , so it might be different But we just change our clocks with the ship as we travel round! Highly recommended! We have been to JA 4 times, getting ready for #5..... it is always same as Eastern Time US Grand Caymen same and so is Key West I just googled "what time is it in _____" and is showed all three ports same However Key west might change after Daylight savings time and be an hour ahead of those???? Math not my strong suit!
CanadaJulie Posted March 1, 2012 #5 Share Posted March 1, 2012 Key West, same time as Florida. They do observe daylight savings time (DST) so will move their clocks ahead on March 11 (until Nov 5) - same as Florida Jamaica and Grand Cayman, are both on the same time zone as the Florida (Eastern Standard Time), except during the period of daylight saving time as they do not change their clocks. During DST, they are one hour behind Florida For example: right now, its 1000 am everywhere. After March 11, Florida and Key West will move their clocks ahead making it 1100am. Jamaica and Grand Cayman will still be 1000am

Enter the hour Next to Location: click search Type in the departure port and click "select" Under "Select Place To Convert To" click search again Type in the port you're interested in and click "select" Click "Convert Time" The ship time and the local time will display.
