Food Selections on Princess Changed???

Reviewing menus posted for the emerald and not really seeing any great selections.... What happened to the themed dinners??? How did you enjoy your foods on any recent trips???

We had sample menus send to us in our welcome email from princess - but they seemed they same as all the ships. I think that all menus are basically the same but with maybe a few items goes with the region you are visiting. I did notice on our menu some "home cooking" items like chili and strognaff.

The only real changes that we saw recently on the Island were the home cooking selections. The only one that we tried was the Pot Pie. My husband liked it.

Many of the items of the themed dinners are still available although the themes aren't as prevalent as they once were.

We just got off the Emerald last Sunday. They have theme menu's each night, plus the normal items. We thought the food was good for our B2B.

The menus are generally the same on all ships. The biggest difference is the longer cruises have additional menus for the extra days.

 

They have themes like Italian, Asian, French, etc.
