emeraldcity Posted March 7, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2012 I plan to cash in some credit card points for OBC. I'd forgotten all about it, but I'm going through my list of things tonight and I realize I didn't do that yet. How much time do you have to allow for the process? I'd forgotten all about it, but I'm going through my list of things tonight and I realize I didn't do that yet. How much time do you have to allow for the process? Since it's all done electronically now, I would say give yourself at least 4 weeks. Just remember before submitting your request on-line, in the "comments box" put your name, booking number, sailing date, name of ship, amount of points you are redeeming and how you want them applied. The number you can call to confirm that it has been applied to your booking is 1-888-305-4626.

ERIE 13 Posted March 8, 2012 #6 Share Posted March 8, 2012 You also have to obtain a Bank of America ID if you don't have one to log into the site to get your points. Just follow the prompts to obtain your ID.
cruisenfever Posted March 8, 2012 #7 Share Posted March 8, 2012 You also have to obtain a Bank of America ID if you don't have one to log into the site to get your points. Just follow the prompts to obtain your ID. If you have an RCI Visa and check your account through the BofA website, then you should already have a BofA ID, site key and password. That's the only way you can view your account on line.
