enchantment of the seas

Recommended Posts

Only one specialty restaurant, Chops.

Food & entertainment is good, but not awesome.

Entertainment rotates.

here is a mini review I wrote about Enchantment:

Cabin 4081 had NO noise from deck 5 or any place else and a wonderful cabin attendant. But had a bad bathroom odor that was fixed after I talked to customer service. We asked for the desk chair to be removed from our cabin to create more room. No problem. The cabin down the hall had the coffee table removed. Old TV.

Luggage straps with our name on them kept out luggage together and easy to find.

We saw whales on our Samana whale watching tour. Bring ice, ice water, gum, sunglasses and sunscreen.

Garlic on antipasto is bad

Trail mix in schooner is good (you may have to ask for it)

Bread salad is bad

$15 steak in MDR is good

MDR breaded shrimp starter Is good but small.

MDR special orders work well.

Quest Is good but small, needs a different venue.

In WJ if you get in early and go to The omelet station you can get Eggs fried to order.

The room service cookies are good

Latte-Tudes cookies may be better

WINDJAMMER cookies are not good.

French fries in Solarium & WJ are good

Bread pudding at Afternoon Tea is good

MDR table 48 is the last table to get food at dinner.

Going south in Feb/March hits rough water, windy, and chilly.

12 day cruise during school year had very few children.

Chair yoga was good, but not offered every day.

We meet passengers from the west coast & from England.

Elevators at meal time are crowded.

If you have a glass of sprite, guard it or they will think it is water and throw it away.

The dessert B52 is very bad.

MDR breakfast you can ask for eggs Benedict any morning but the last.

Most mornings there is a free exercise class called sit ... Or chair ... Good and free.

Trivia answers: 4, 5, Peggy

Meet a couple that had the cabin from hell on deck 2

Latte-Tudes has been replaced with Starbucks.
