Explorer Eco-Learning Station

Help me prove I'm not insane. Can someone please tell me if that ball of ice that doesn't melt is still in one of the Eco-Learning Stations by the Aquarium Bar on the Explorer? My fiancee agrees with me that it does exist, but my parents think I have lost my mind. Also, if anyone can explain either why it doesn't melt or how they make it seem like it never melts, I would appreciate it.
