Bayonne Pier to JFK?

I am just wondering if anyone knows the cheapest way to get from Bayonne Pier to JFK? We are driving to JFK parking our vehicle and flying to San Juan on April 27th, but when we return we need to get back to JFK to pick up our vehicle. I was hoping Celebrity would be offering transfers to JFK but I do not see any, and I am looking at shuttle prices, but even super shuttle is requesting $100 pp. Ouch! I guess I should of paid more attention to which airport was the closest to Bayonne when booking our airfare to San Juan.:eek:
