VgsBby Posted March 15, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2012 I have been on one other Royal cruise, but the bulk of my cruises have been on Carnival. Does anyone know if Royal Caribbean has a "Bon Voyage" department that would allow the pre-order of alcohol for consumption during the cruise? Bakincakes Posted March 15, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 15, 2012 RCI has wine packages but no bon voyage type service. They also do not allow you to bring alcohol onboard in your luggage or carryons. If that is a deal breaker pax are better off sticking with Carnival.
phoenix1181 Posted March 15, 2012 #3 Share Posted March 15, 2012 You can order a wine package before you board, but that's it. Royal does not allow passengers to purchase liquor for the cabin. Your choices are to purchase a bottle of wine, a bucket of beer, or individual drink(s) to take to your cabin, or order a drink through room service.
