jovifan78 Posted March 15, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2012 I actually have 2 questions about cameras and the dolphin encounter at Blue Lagoon. First, are you allowed to take photos while taking part in the dolphin encounter? And secondly, I've got a dslr I will have with me so I was wondering if there was a place to lock up valuables there? I don't really want to go back to the ship just to get my camera so I'd like to just take it off with me. If anybody could answer these questions I would appreciate it! Thanks in advance! :)
Cruise Envy Posted March 15, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Yes, you may take pictures. They have lockers for you to put your stuff in while you are doing the encounter.

Thanks in advance! :) You can't take pictures from the lower platform while playing with the dolphins, but you can from the dock before and after. (or have a friend). You will be too busy petting, kissing and playing with the dolphins to be holding an expensive camera. Plus, the dolphin gets distracted. I know that some people have used small throw aways, which were permitted, but the tour operator will not be held responsible for cameras getting wet or ruined

I have one of those too.
