Taxi tours from Le Havre???

We will be stopping in Le Havre in June and I'm looking for info. We're not really too interested in going to Normandy, and Paris is too far to really be worth while for just a day. In other ports we've been to there have always been taxi drivers at the port available for private day trips -- for those who haven't planned anything yet. Does anyone know if we may find such drivers in Le Havre who might be available/willing to do an impromptu private tour? We've always lined up our drivers in advance, but I haven't had much luck yet with this port.

I have been communicating with Christophe at info@taxis-le-havre. He has been quite responsive and his company offers several tours in the area. I also found a link on CC written by a couple who used this company and did their Tour#3.They seemed quite pleased.
