Flashing lights at port?

I am looking At the Ft Lauderdale webcam http://www.ftlauderdalewebcam.com. It seems that there is a lot of flashing lights near one of the ships. Does anyone else see this or is it the sun reflecting on something?

I would say reflection from the water and buildings.

:eek: Just saw an ambulance with full lights on waiting at the front of the line when the draw bridge went up... wow... wouldn't want to be the poor person waiting for that ambulance to show up when they're held up by the bridge like that! :mad:

I thought I saw the flashing lights in two spots. They changed camera positions now so I can't see it anymore. Linda

There are quite a few little boats, be they police, coast guard etc that buzz about the cruise ships that have flashing lights.
