OBC? for someone who has had two people in the cabin

with different S&S accts. Right now my son and daughter have 290.00 OBC applied towards their room (they have separate accounts setup). Will the OBC divided equally to each, or will they have to go and have it split:confused:

It should be split between each person BUT it may not be. We had 2 rooms in October that had OBC added to them. One room it was split between the 2 people in the room and in the 2nd room, my room, I had it all on my S&S. I think its who processes it. It was an easy fix though. Just go down to Desk Services and have it fixed.

You can check when you board how it was split. Sometimes our TA (or the cruiseline) splits evenly, sometimes not.

We go to Guest Services and they re-allocate if needed.
