Doctors Cave Beach to Mega Mart

We want to visit Doctors Cave Beach for a couple of hours and then go over to the Mega Mart before returning to Mo Bay Port. We were considering the hop and hop pass(15 PP) vs a Taxi . Has anyone done this and what do you recommend. We will be traveling alone. We did the Mega Store in Cozumel last year, bought some nice gifts at reasonable price. Thanks for info.:)
